Quick Halloween Cake Pops (Recipe)

Ingredients:

baby castella or donut holes

chocolate

chocolate pen

sugar sprinkles


Directions:

1. You can use baby castella (castella balls) or donut holes. Any round cake is ok.

2. Break the chocolate into small pieces, then melt over a double boiler or just microwave.

3. Dip the tip of each stick into the melted chocolate and insert it into the cake ball so that it won't go round. 

4. Dip the cake balls into the melted chocolate.

5. Place a chocolate pen in hot water to melt the chocolate. Snip off the end to decorate. Or simply  finish with sugar sprinkles before the chocolate sets.
